Cheese Balls - Tina Shelton

Cheese Balls

-------------------

Type - Appetizers, Cheese

Creator - Tina Shelton

Ingredients

----------------

‎2 8oz boxes Cream Cheese

4-5 green onions

2 individual pkgs Buddig meat (any will work, I've found Corned Beef works best)

2 tbsp worshishire sauce

Cook

--------

Soften Cream chees to room temperature (if in a hurry microwave for 30 sec).

Chop green onion and 1 pkg meat.

Mix worshishire sauce into cream cheese using spoon (whisks and hand mixers work but not as well) until well blended.

Add chopped green onion and meat and stir well.

Place bowl with mixture back in refrigerator until well chilled.

While waiting, finely chop other pkg of meat and spread out on cutting board.

Remove chilled mixture from refrigerator and form into ball (I find plastic wrap or cling wrap works best for forming ball).

Roll ball in meat until well coated. Place on plate or platter and cover with plastic wrap (the meat keeps it from sticking to the ball).

Return to refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
