Ingredients

2-3 lb flat iron steak
Montreal Steak seasoning
Dijon Mustard
Red Wine Vinegar
Directions

- Mix 2 tablespoons of steak seasoning, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1teaspoon Red Wine vinegar
- Spread on both sides of steak broil 4 minutes one side, flip, and three minutes...this is rare, very rare..slice and serve over salad and your choice of dressing
Great on a salad with bleu cheese, tomatos, bout anything else ya want, think of it as a black and bleu salad with ur choice of dressing
