Monkey Pickle Bread

Ingredients

¾ cup Sugar
½ cup ff milk
¼ cup egg beaters
3 cups Heart Smart Bisquik
4 mashed bananas
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp vanilla
Cook
---------------
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix all together until just mixed.
Pour into a greased loaf pan (lg. size)
Bake 1 hr.-1hr. 10 min. test doneness with a tooth pick.
Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Grandkids LOVE this.......
