Homemade Banana Pudding - Deloris Ellis

Homemade Banana Pudding

Ingredients

1 heaping Tbls. Flour ( Heaping ) lol

1/2 cup of sugar

2 cups of milk

2 eggs

1 tbls butter

1/4 teasppon Vanilla

Vanilla wafers (Save some for the topping)

Bananas


Cook

----------------

In a saucepan mix flour and sugar, then add eggs and milk.

Mix well.

Start your burner and slowly add the milk, a little at a time stirring constantly.

Continue stirring until thickened.

After it's thickened add butter and vanilla.

Remove from heat.


Create

------------

Layer Vinilla wafers and bananas nicely for presentation.

Pour the pudding over the wafers and bananas and topp with remaining wafers (crushed if you like) and refrigerate until set.

I like mine very cold so I refrigerate over nite but 2 hours should do it.
