Rocky-Road Frosting

Ingredients

2 one ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sifted confections sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup broken walnuts
Prep

In small saucepan combine chocolate, 1 cup marshmallows, butter, and 1/4 cup water. c
Cook and stir over low heat till chocolate and marshmallows are melted together.
Cool slightly.
Add confectioners sugar and vanilla,beat till smooth and thick enough to spread (about 2 minutes)
Stir in 1 cup of marshmallows and nuts
